Gov. Kathy Hochul marks start of $59 million Newark housing development
Housing Visions held a groundbreaking ceremony for Coventry Commons. With support from Restore NY funds, the project brings new life to a long-underused industrial site. The event closed with a ceremonial wall smashing to mark the start of construction.
