After years vacant, this landmark, listed on the State and National Registers of Historic Places, is being carefully restored into a vibrant residential community.

Coventry Commons is located at 130-132 Harrison Street, in Newark, NY, within easy reach of downtown shops, services, schools, and everyday conveniences.
The community will offer 101 apartments. Each home is designed with modern finishes, energy-efficient features, and the unique architectural details that come with the building's manufacturing history.
Coventry Commons is an affordable housing community, which means apartments are available to households that meet certain income guidelines. Eligibility is based on household size and income limits set for the area. Our team is happy to walk you through the requirements and help you determine whether you qualify.
